Tuition & Financial Aid

Mt. Helix Academy is committed to providing an exceptional private school education at a tuition rate that remains accessible to many families.

In addition, tuition assistance and financial aid opportunities may be available for qualifying families. We encourage interested families to contact the school office to learn more about available programs and the application process.

Financial aid is awarded based on demonstrated financial need. Each year, the total amount of assistance available is determined by TIEE’s Board of Directors and may vary depending on organizational resources.

How to Apply

Families seeking financial aid must complete a Financial Aid Request Form and submit the following:

Completed Financial Aid Request Form (online or PDF)
Most recent Federal Income Tax return for all individuals who contribute to the student’s household income

All completed applications must be received no later than May 1 prior to the academic year for which aid is requested.

  • Applications will only be reviewed once all required documents are received, including the Financial Aid Request Form and Federal Income Tax return.
  • Families are typically notified of financial aid decisions by mid-June.
  • Please note that applications for financial aid will not be processed until the Financial Aid Application and the most current Federal Income Tax returns for all individuals who contribute to the student’s household are submitted to the TIEE Business Office.
