Welcome to Mt. Helix Academy!

We are delighted to share that your child has been accepted to Mt. Helix Academy. We are excited about the opportunity to welcome your family into our school community.

On this page, you will find all required enrollment forms. The three primary forms needed to secure your child’s placement are the Enrollment Information Form, Statement of Commitment, and Enrollment & Payment Agreement. You are welcome to complete these online, or you may submit the hard copies included in your application packet from your tour.

To receive Priority Enrollment, please submit all forms along with your deposit by February 1. We also encourage you to explore the Information for Parents section of our website for helpful resources, including supply lists, the school handbook, uniform guidelines, the hot lunch program, and more.

Enrollment Forms

Forms can be completed and delivered via email or in person.


Payment Information

8-Month Payment Plan Option
Families who choose the 8-month payment plan may pay via automatic bank withdrawal or automatic credit card charge.

Bank Withdrawal: Complete the Withdrawal Authorization Form (download available online) and submit as directed.

Credit Card: Call Karen Stephens at (619-243-1399) to provide payment details.

Financial Aid

To be considered for financial aid, please submit a completed Financial Aid Request Form (online or PDF) along with your most recent Federal Income Tax return no later than May 1.

The Institute for Effective Education (TIEE), Mt. Helix Academy’s parent organization, provides limited financial aid each year. Awards are based on demonstrated financial need and available funding.

Decisions: Mid-June

IMPORTANT: Applications will only be reviewed once all required documents, including tax forms for all contributing household members, are submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
